Pakistan Strikes Afghanistan Hospital, Kills Over 400, Taliban Condemns ᴅᴇᴀᴅly Attack.hl

In one of the ᴅᴇᴀᴅliest cross-border strikes in recent years, Pakistani forces have carried out a devastating attack on a major hospital in eastern Afghanistan, killing more than 400 people, including patients, doctors, and civilians.

The strike targeted a large medical complex in Nangarhar province near the Pakistani border. According to Afghan officials and eyewitnesses, multiple precision-guided missiles slammed into the facility, causing the main building to collapse and triggering mᴀssive fires. Rescue teams are still pulling bodies from the rubble as the death toll continues to rise.

The Taliban government has strongly condemned the attack, calling it a “barbaric war crime” and “an act of state terrorism.” Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid stated: “Pakistan has crossed every red line. Attacking a hospital full of innocent patients and medical staff is unforgivable. We will respond at the time and place of our choosing.”

Pakistani officials have not yet issued an official statement, but sources close to Islamabad suggest the strike was aimed at alleged Taliban militant hideouts operating inside the hospital compound. However, independent reports and survivor accounts indicate the facility was primarily treating civilians, including women and children wounded in previous clashes.

The attack has triggered widespread international outrage. The United Nations has called for an immediate investigation, while several countries have condemned the strike as a violation of international humanitarian law. Humanitarian organizations warn that the loss of such a critical medical facility will have catastrophic consequences for thousands of Afghans already suffering from years of conflict and instability.

This incident marks a dangerous deterioration in already tense Pakistan-Afghanistan relations. As grief and anger spread across Afghanistan, many are now asking whether this strike will ignite a new and even bloodier chapter of conflict along the volatile border.

The world is watching closely. An attack on a hospital is not just a military operation — it is a moral catastrophe.
