Kerry Katona is already dreaming of marrying her partner Paolo Margaglione, who she met on Celebs Go Dating just last year. The smitten pair were put together on the E4 dating show last year and now, just ten months into their relationship, Kerry and Paolo’s future could include walking down the aisle.
The 45-year-old told The Mirror: “We will 100 per cent get married. I’m not just doing it for the sake of doing it,” as 33-year-old Paolo explained: “We’re trying to build something really special together, so I want it to be the right moment,” reports the Mirror.
The pair revealed that during Kerry’s recent hospital visit where she was diagnosed with colitis, the Atomic Kitten star showed her feelings for Paolo. He said: “She was on gas and air and morphine in the hospital and I got a message off her saying: ‘What would you do if I proposed to you?'” as Kerry responded: “And he went: ‘Are you on morphine?'”

“I would never in a million years bend a knee down to a man and ask him to marry me,” and Paolo feels exactly the same way: “I couldn’t accept it. It’s my duty to do that.”
The couple recently flew off to Dubai for their first Valentine’s Day getaway but just 14 hours into their break, Paolo was called back home because of a work emergency. She said: “We were both gutted, but Valentine’s is just one day in a year and we can celebrate our love for one another every other day.”

While on the E4 dating show back in 2025, Kerry was reluctant to open her heart again and recently explained: “I was in a really good headspace and I could not imagine living with a man again,” but after being matched by the programme’s experts, their attraction was instant and took Kerry by surprise.

The pair kept certain elements under wraps, including that their first on-screen kiss wasn’t actually their genuine first snog: “You kissed me,” Paolo teases, to which Kerry retorted, “We kissed off camera and you asked me for a kiss. Tell the truth!”
The couple are hoping to move abroad with their children and when asked about where they see themselves in 12 months’ time, Paolo replied: “Hopefully somewhere H๏τ and sunny. The idea is, at some point, to potentially move away from the UK. It’s something I wanted to do and something Kerry’s wanted, too.”
While they haven’t decided on a particular destination yet, Kerry revealed with a sparkle in her eye: “We do have a plan.”
