According to senior Israeli officials, the Israeli Defense Minister has confirmed that joint US-Israeli airstrikes on Iran will “significantly increase” in the coming week. The statement signals a major intensification of the campaign against Iranian military and nuclear infrastructure as the war enters a dangerous new phase.

“We will not allow Iran to rebuild its capabilities,” the Defense Minister stated. “The pressure will only grow stronger. Our operations, in coordination with our American allies, will expand significantly in the days ahead.”
The announcement comes after weeks of relentless exchanges. Iran has launched repeated missile barrages on Tel Aviv and Haifa, struck energy facilities across the Gulf, and even attempted long-range strikes toward Diego Garcia. Meanwhile, U.S. Marines remain engaged on Iranian soil, and American naval forces continue aggressive operations in the Strait of Hormuz.
The IRGC responded with immediate fury. A senior commander under Mojtaba Khamenei’s command warned: “Let them come. Every new strike on Iran will be met with a response ten times stronger. We are fully prepared. We still have not used our best and ᴅᴇᴀᴅliest missiles.”

Retired U.S. General Jack Keane described the development as “a clear signal that the coalition is moving into a decisive phase,” but cautioned that further escalation carries enormous risks.
Global oil prices have reacted with extreme volatility, climbing past $34,900 per barrel as traders fear the intensified campaign could trigger major disruptions to energy infrastructure and shipping routes.
As Israel and the United States prepare to ramp up their aerial campaign, the world is watching anxiously. Is this the beginning of the final push to break Iran’s resistance, or the move that will finally push the entire region — and the global economy — into irreversible chaos?
The coming week may prove to be the most critical yet in this devastating war.
