The Conjuring: Last Rites has set its video-on-demand release date, and it’s very soon. The fourth and final installment of The Conjuring franchise has been a big hit in movie theaters, pulling in $435 million worldwide, the highest total for the franchise ever. ScreenRant’s The Conjuring: Last Rites review called the movie “genuinely terrifying” and a “successful send-off.”
Based on real events, the Michael Chaves-directed movie sees Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson return as Lorraine and Ed Warren as they take on one last paranormal investigation. Mia Tomlinson, Ben Hardy, Steve Coulter, Rebecca Calder, Elliot Cowan, Kíla Lord Cᴀssidy, Beau Gadson, John Brotherton, and Shannon Kook also star.
Starting October 7, viewers can buy or rent The Conjuring: Last Rites at home through Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fandango at Home, and other VOD platforms. With the digital version of the movie, viewers will also have access to a trio of special features – “Last Rites: An Era Ends,” “The Conjuring: Crafting Scares,” and “Michael Chaves: Believer.”
Also on October 7, digital platforms will have a four-film collection of all the Conjuring movies at once price, as well as a nine-film collection for all the movies in the Conjuring universe – the four Conjuring movies, the three Annabelle movies, and the two Nun movies.
For fans of physical media, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment also announced that The Conjuring: Last Rites 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD will release on November 25. The physical copies will include the same special features as the digital release of the movie. The Conjuring four-film collection will also become available on Blu-ray and DVD on November 25.

The Conjuring: Last Rites Is The Biggest Horror Movie Of The Year
Since The Conjuring: Last Rites premiered in movie theaters on September 5, the movie has become the biggest horror movie of the year at the box office, with its $435 million worldwide box office tops all other movies in the genre. That includes Sinners, though the Michael B. Jordan movie did outperform Last Rites in the US. Currently, The Conjuring: Last Rites is the 11th highest grossing movie of the year in any genre at the worldwide box office.
That number can still grow, as The Conjuring: Last Rites is still playing in movie theaters ahead of its digital debut.
