Luthen’s Ship Destroys The Millennium Falcon In This Incredible LEGO Custom

A Star Wars fan has created the most epic LEGO custom model of The Millennium Falcon’s biggest rival. In the official canon, Han Solo’s Correllian freighter is one of the fastest and most iconic smuggling vessels in the entire galaxy. However, Luthen Rael’s Fonder haulcraft absolutely gives the Falcon a run for its money, even in LEGO form.

Debuting in Andor season 1, Luthen Rael’s V‑21.1 Chevlex light haulcraft is one of Star Wars’ most impressive ships of all time, featuring an array of unique modifications for evading the Empire. However, the epic ship has yet to be made into an official LEGO set. In the meantime, Instagram’s @enr8gdboss has an amazing custom LEGO design for Luthen’s Fondor.

This Custom LEGO Fondor Ship Is The Star Wars Model I’m Desperate For

Luthen Ship Andor

You can check the custom out on Instagram (the account is set to restrict sharing). This custom Fondor design is incredibly screen-accurate to the ship we see in both seasons of Andor.

This includes a full interior featuring not only a holotable, but also quarters for Luthen, and what looks to be the room where he keeps his various clothes and wigs, allowing him to play the part of a Coruscanti antiquities dealer rather than Luthen’s true role as “Axis”, a spymaster and key foundational player during the Rebellion’s earliest days.

The LEGO Fondor’s cockpit looks absolutely perfect as well, embedded within the right side of the ship. The same goes for the wings on either side of the haulcraft’s main hull, featuring powerful laser cannons seen in Andor season 1, episode 11.

The Millennium Falcon will always be one of LEGO’s best-selling Star Wars models, whether it’s a play-scale model or the much larger Ultimate Collector Series variant first released in 2017. However, it’s hard to look at this custom LEGO design for Luthen’s ship and not see the exciting potential.

Will LEGO Ever Make More Official Andor Sets?

Tragically, The LEGO Group has thus far only made two official Andor sets, one for each season. The first was inspired by the CorpSec gunships from the first season’s initial episodes on Ferrix, while the second was a new variant of a Rebel Alliance U-Wing (one of LEGO’s May 4th sets), a smaller version compared to 2016’s Rogue One model.

Given how popular and critically acclaimed the Star Wars show has become, one would think that LEGO will one day release more models inspired by Andor. When that day happens, one can only hope an official model of Luthen’s Fondor will become a reality. That said, I can’t imagine that it will be better than @enr8gdboss’s absolutely incredible custom design.

Both seasons of Andor are streaming on Disney+.
