Horror movies have been more popular than ever in 2025, and one film, Together, starring Dave Franco and Alison Brie, is making waves even as it faces pretty heavy compeтιтion in the genre. The movie’s overall concept isn’t the most unique, as body horror has been around for decades, but it manages to execute on its premise exceptionally well.
Together‘s reviews have been solid, and while it hasn’t quite broken out like Sinners and the recent Weapons, it’s become a solid hit. So far, the film has earned $22 million on a $17 million budget, which is a solid start, especially for a smaller movie like this.
With Together‘s box office still progressing solidly, the studio behind the film is going the extra mile to keep people coming to the theater. There is now a way to get free tickets for the film, a way that coincides very nicely with the movie’s central premise, but there is one major catch.
“Free” Tickets For Together Are Available Through AMC & Fandango For A Limited Time
You can get free tickets for Together, but in order to do so, you must buy another ticket first so you can get another one for free. It’s a classic buy-one-get-one free situation, which is extremely fitting considering the fact that the movie is about a couple gradually merging together, starring a pretty well-known Hollywood couple in Brie and Franco.
Obviously, while they are presented as such, the tickets aren’t actually free, but it is still a pretty solid deal, especially considering how expensive movie tickets can be. Neon, the production company behind the film, is clearly trying to spark a little more buzz as Together comes close to the end of its theatrical release, but it’s still a great idea.
Together premiered at Sundance in January, and was given a wide theatrical release on July 30.
Funnily enough, however, this isn’t just a random idea, since it coincides with National Couples Day, which was officially on August 18. Together is about a couple who go through a horrifying experience, and the idea that the studio wants other couples to go through a horrifying experience at the movie theater is very fun.
It is worth noting that there are actually two separate offers, one of which is through Fandango, and the other is only at select AMC Theaters. The Fandango offer is the Buy One, Get One deal, which is available until Friday, August 22, and the AMC offer is 50% off tickets, which obviously ends up being the same deal. AMC’s deal is through Thursday, August 21.
It’s a clever bit of marketing that also connects to the very themes of the movie itself. The deals available for the movie are great, but even without them, the film is absolutely worth seeing for fans of body horror. It goes all-in on the gross premise to great effect. Together is a great time, with or without a partner to watch it with.
