The notorious Annabelle doll and Warren family home that are portrayed in The Conjuring have a new owner. The original horror movie, which launched an ongoing franchise, explores various paranormal cases surrounding Ed and Lorraine Warren (Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga). Audiences learn about Annabelle in The Conjuring before following a haunted Rhode Island residence.

An Annabelle spinoff and additional entries were subsequently released, portraying mostly imaginary stories, and the Annabelle doll has since become a popular horror figure. It is also highlighted in The Conjuring movies that Annabelle and many other haunted items are housed by Ed and Lorraine.

Comedian Matt Rife has now revealed that he has bought the Warren family home and Occult Museum. Taking to Instagram, Rife explained that he and Elton Castee will legally manage Annabelle and all spooky items “for at least the next 5 years.”
