Where To Watch Bring Her Back: Showtimes & Streaming Status

2025 has been a mixed bag for horror so far, but audiences will get a new opportunity to see one of this year’s horror movies with Bring Her Back. The film is the second feature from brother directing duo Danny and Michael Philippou, and focuses on a foster mother who forces her children to be involved in a sinister ritual. The film features Sally Hawkins in the lead role and a supporting cast that includes Billy Barratt, Mischa Heywood, Jonah Wren Phillips, Stephen Phillips, and Sally-Anne Upton.

Bring Her Back is releasing in theaters and comes from one of the most venerated horror distributors of the last decade. That said, A24 has had a tough year when it comes to horror thus far, seeing their films Death of a Unicorn and Opus receive mixed reviews and low box office returns. As evidenced by the Philippou’s own film, Talk to Me, A24 has the capability to make high-grossing horror, making Bring Her Back still a promising release despite their recent patterns. Here’s everything to know about Bring Her Back‘s release and streaming information.

When Will Bring Her Back Release On Streaming?

It Is Expected To Come Around October

Bring Her Back does not have a streaming release date revealed yet, as the studio is focused on theatrical exclusivity first. The film will eventually release on Max due to A24’s ongoing deal with Warner Bros. This deal began in early December 2023, which stipulated that all of A24’s new releases be released on Max following their theatrical run. In addition to hosting a number of the distributors’ old тιтles, Max is now the leading streaming host for A24 movies.

Exactly when it will hit streaming is yet to be determined. Based on past data, however, it seems likely that the movie will come to streaming around October 2025. The last few A24 movies to hit streaming have done so four to five months after their initial release. Babygirl was released on December 25, 2024, and hit streaming on April 26, 2025. The horror comedy Y2K had a similar timeline, taking 119 days to hit streaming despite. Bring Her Back is releasing at the very end of May, putting its likely streaming window in late September or early October.

When Will Bring Her Back Release On Digital?

July Seems Likely

Before Bring Her Back comes to streaming, it should be available to buy on digital platforms. This will come far sooner, and could happen as early as July. Babygirl saw a digital release 34 days after its theatrical run, and others had far shorter windows, with Y2K becoming available just 18 days after it came out in theaters. Other films, such as The Zone of Interest, have taken longer. If it takes the courses of most A24 films, Bring Her Back will become digitally available some time in July.
