Milly Alcock’s DCU Hero Fights Multiple Villains In New Supergirl: Woman Of Tomorrow Set Video

Kara Zor-El takes on multiple enemies in a new Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow set video. James Gunn’s DC Universe is set to introduce both Superman and Supergirl, with Clark Kent’s solo film arriving this summer while the Girl of Steel’s movie will be heading to theaters in the summer of 2026. With Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow featuring Alcock as the next live-action version of the DC heroine, fans are actively waiting to get as many glimpses as possible from the DCU film.

As Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow’s principal pH๏τography is still underway, UnBoxPHD shared a new set video from production, giving another glimpse of the 2026 installment.

The Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow set video sees Alcock’s тιтular heroine fighting not one, but at least three other villains, who are dressed in military-like uniforms. The battle sequence is taking place on what is either military tanks or vehicles specifically used for combat. One of the figures, who may be a soldier, can be seen wielding a big ax against Supergirl, while Kara is taking them out one by one.

What The Supergirl: Woman Of Tomorrow Set Video Means For The DCU

With the Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow movie being the first film centered on the Kryptonian heroine since the 1984 one, the DCU set video makes it clear that Kara’s newest cinematic outing will have her involved in a lot of action. As the Craig Gillespie-directed movie is adapting the Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow comic book series from Tom King and Bilquis Evely, it’s possible that the soldiers are related to the film’s villain, Krem, who is played by Matthias Schoenaerts. Given that he doesn’t wear any armor in the original comic book, it feels safe to ᴀssume that neither three of them are meant to be Krem.

As a previous Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow set video revealed Jason Momoa’s Lobo look, it wouldn’t be shocking if the soldiers he were fighting are related to the people Kara is battling in the latest reveal. Now that the Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow production has been featuring more outdoor shoots, it could also indicate that they are getting closer to wrapping filming. Some actors, like David Krumholtz – who is playing Zor-El – having wrapped filming supports this idea, though that doesn’t mean every cast member has completed their respective work as of yet.

Our Take On The Supergirl: Woman Of Tomorrow Set Video

While time will tell who Alcock’s Kara is fighting in the set video, it’s exciting to get another look at Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, especially with how little has emerged from production. The bigger question, however, is when DC Studios intends to give more official looks of the film, including Alcock in the costume in Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, as there has yet to be an actual close-up reveal of it. Hopefully, once Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow is completely finished filming, DC Studios will be ready to unveil more of the movie to the world.
