Leading up to the release, TMZ that some of the targets of Steamboat Willie in Screamboat are a group of drunk Disney adults dressed as the princesses, and Steven LaMorte confirmed it on Instagram. These characters are Cindi, dressed as Cinderella; Ari, dressed as Ariel, Jazzy, dressed as Jasmine, Bella, dressed as Belle; and Rory, dressed as Aurora. Rather than having full-on costumes, they Disneybound, taking inspiration from the characters in a subtle but immediately recognizable way.

The co-writers reportedly came up with the idea because LaMorte used to see a party group on the Staten Island Ferry every Saturday when he was in his 20s (via Gizmodo).
