In the ᴅᴇᴀᴅ of winter, a group of friends embarks on a road trip, only for their car to break down in the middle of nowhere. Stranded and desperate, they seek help, unknowingly stepping into the hunting grounds of a twisted family of backwoods butchers. The rural, desolate setting becomes a death trap as they are captured by a sadistic clan that thrives on torturing and killing anyone who crosses their path.
Led by the ruthless Owen Watson and his equally deranged brother Oswald, the butchers treat their victims like livestock, imprisoning them in a rundown slaughterhouse where the line between man and meat is blurred. With their victims chained and helpless, the brothers take sadistic pleasure in their torment, ensuring that escape is nearly impossible. The only way out is to fight, but against killers who have perfected their craft, survival seems like a distant dream.
As the captives endure physical and psychological torment, alliances form, betrayals unfold, and hope flickers in the darkness. Some will try to outsmart their captors, while others will fall victim to the gruesome fate that awaits them.
