USA – Iran: Navy SEALs Destroy 74 Underwater Drones at Bandar Abbas.lh

In a spectacular special operations raid, US Navy SEALs have destroyed 74 Iranian underwater drones at the heavily guarded Bandar Abbas naval base — Iran’s largest and most important port on the Strait of Hormuz. The elite SEAL teams conducted a daring nighttime mission, infiltrating the base and eliminating the entire swarm of advanced unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs) that Iran planned to use against US warships and commercial shipping.

Operating with stealth and precision, the SEALs located the drone storage and launch facilities, planting explosives that triggered a series of powerful underwater detonations. The destruction of these 74 drones — many of them capable of carrying explosive warheads and operating autonomously — removes a significant asymmetric threat that Iran had been preparing for months.

This bold raid further cements American dominance in the Strait of Hormuz. With Navy SEALs already controlling key oil platforms and Apache helicopters ruling the skies above the waterway, Iran’s ability to challenge US naval power has been dealt another devastating blow.

The Iranian regime is in complete shock. Despite suffering catastrophic losses since the war began on February 28, 2026 — including destroyed nuclear facilities, seized plutonium stockpiles, collapsed underground tunnels, and shattered coastal defenses — Tehran continues to lose its most dangerous weapons systems in its own backyard.

The United States has once again shown that no Iranian ᴀsset is safe. From underwater drones at Bandar Abbas to mountain missile cities and secret nuclear sites, America’s special forces and air power continue to systematically dismantle Iran’s war machine with ruthless efficiency.

The Iranian regime’s strategy of using swarm tactics and asymmetric weapons is failing. Its military is collapsing under relentless pressure, and its days of threatening global energy routes are rapidly coming to an end.

This story is developing rapidly. US forces maintain overwhelming superiority as Iran’s military capabilities continue to disintegrate.
