In a desperate and wildly exaggerated propaganda move released just two minutes ago, the Iranian regime is claiming it carried out a “brutal surprise attack” that supposedly wiped out 50,000 US troops in the Strait of Hormuz region “in an instant.”
Iranian state media released dramatic footage and statements alleging a mᴀssive swarm of missiles and drones overwhelmed American defenses, resulting in catastrophic losses. Tehran is calling it a “historic turning point” and a decisive revenge for the destruction of its military infrastructure.
The claim is completely false.
US Central Command immediately rejected the Iranian narrative, confirming that a large-scale Iranian missile and drone barrage was launched toward coalition positions but was almost entirely neutralized by layered American and allied defenses. Advanced Aegis systems on Navy destroyers, Patriot and THAAD batteries on land, F-35 combat air patrols, and electronic warfare aircraft intercepted the vast majority of incoming threats. Initial ᴀssessments show zero US fatalities and only minimal damage to equipment.
This latest failed attack follows the same pattern of Iranian desperation we have seen repeatedly: the failed 400-missile barrage, the collapsed sea mines factory, the destroyed air bases by B-2 bombers, the obliteration of oil tanker convoys, and the loss of the underground mega-fortress and mountain production facilities.
With over 5,000 additional US troops recently deployed via CH-53 helicopters and A-10 Warthogs dominating the skies, American forces in the Hormuz region remain at full combat strength and in complete control of the strategic waterway.
The Iranian regime is clearly collapsing and resorting to wild propaganda to mask its total military failure. After losing its ports, missile cities, nuclear sites, ammunition stockpiles, and now its ability to threaten the Strait of Hormuz, Tehran is inventing victories because real ones no longer exist.
America’s military superiority in this conflict remains overwhelming. US forces continue to operate with total dominance while the Iranian regime fabricates stories to hide its rapid disintegration.
