US ‘Operation Epic Fury’ Escalates in Hormuz, A-10 Warthogs Hunt Iran Boats | US Iran War.hl

In a ferocious new phase of the conflict, the United States has launched “Operation Epic Fury” — a mᴀssive offensive in the Strait of Hormuz aimed at completely neutralizing Iranian naval forces and breaking Tehran’s attempted blockade.

Dozens of A-10 Warthog ground-attack aircraft, famously known as the “tank killers,” have been deployed in relentless low-alтιтude missions, hunting and destroying Iranian fast-attack boats and missile vessels. Dramatic footage shows the heavily armored A-10s unleashing devastating 30mm cannon fire and precision missiles, turning multiple Iranian boats into burning wrecks in the narrow waterway.

Pentagon officials say the operation is designed to secure the Strait of Hormuz once and for all and protect global oil shipments after weeks of Iranian threats and attacks on commercial vessels.

The IRGC has reacted with rage. A senior commander under Mojtaba Khamenei’s command warned: “America has brought its flying pigs to our waters. Every A-10 they send will be met with our missiles. Operation Epic Fury will become America’s greatest regret. We still have not used our best and ᴅᴇᴀᴅliest weapons.”

This aggressive escalation comes as the war continues its brutal expansion: Iranian missiles have struck Tel Aviv and Haifa, U.S. bases across the Gulf remain under fire, and long-range Iranian attacks have reached as far as Diego Garcia. Thousands of U.S. Marines are already engaged on Iranian soil.

Retired U.S. General Jack Keane strongly supported the move, stating: “The A-10 is the perfect weapon for this fight. Iran’s swarm boat tactics must be crushed, and Operation Epic Fury is doing exactly that.”

Global oil prices have reacted with extreme volatility, surging past $27,850 per barrel — an all-time record — as traders fear the intense fighting in the Strait of Hormuz could lead to a complete shutdown of the world’s most critical energy chokepoint.

Is “Operation Epic Fury” the decisive blow that will finally break Iran’s resistance in the Gulf, or has the United States just ignited a naval bloodbath with unpredictable global consequences? With A-10 Warthogs hunting Iranian boats and both sides refusing to back down, the war is rapidly reaching its most violent and dangerous stage yet.
