Tel Aviv / Persian Gulf – Iran has escalated the conflict once again, launching its 68th major wave of ballistic missiles and attack drones in a coordinated ᴀssault aimed directly at Israeli cities and U.S. military positions across the region.
On March 21, 2026, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps fired dozens of advanced missiles and swarms of drones toward central Israel and American bases in the Gulf. Air raid sirens screamed across Tel Aviv, Haifa, and surrounding areas as explosions rocked multiple locations. Several warheads penetrated Israeli defenses, causing significant damage to infrastructure and igniting fires in residential and industrial zones.

Iranian state media hailed the operation as “the strongest wave yet,” claiming the strikes successfully hit strategic targets in Israel and U.S.-linked facilities in Bahrain, Kuwait, and the UAE. IRGC commanders declared that this sustained campaign proves Iran’s determination to respond to every strike with overwhelming force.
While Israel’s Iron Dome, David’s Sling, and Arrow systems intercepted the majority of incoming threats, the sheer volume of the 68th wave allowed several missiles and drones to get through, exposing the growing strain on the defense network after weeks of relentless attacks. Emergency services are responding to multiple blast sites as hospitals treat casualties from shrapnel and blast injuries.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned the ᴀssault as “barbaric aggression against civilians” and vowed that Israel’s response would be “swift, powerful, and decisive.” The Israeli Air Force has already launched retaliatory strikes deep inside Iran, targeting missile launch sites and command centers.

This latest barrage highlights Iran’s strategy of exhaustion — firing wave after wave in hopes of overwhelming defenses and breaking the will of Israel and its allies. However, each attack only strengthens the resolve of the U.S. and Israel to dismantle the regime’s military capabilities.
As fires continue to burn across impact zones and the region braces for further escalation, one truth remains clear: Iran’s aggression will not defeat Israel. It will only accelerate the day when the regime that started this fire is finally consumed by it.
