Mark Wahlberg’s New Action Thriller Is Packed With Big Stars: Who They All Are

Mark Wahlberg headlines an impressive collection of actors for Prime Video’s action thriller, Play Dirty. Directed by Shane Black, the film is Hollywood’s latest attempt to turn the successful “Parker” book series, written by Donald E. Westlake under the pseudonym Richard Stark, into a major hit.

The list of actors to play Parker previously includes Lee Marvin, Robert Duvall, Mel Gibson, Jason Statham, and more. None are back in Play Dirty‘s cast, with Wahlberg stepping into the lead role. It’s worth noting that an earlier version of the movie was meant to have Robert Downey Jr. play the lead role.

Now, Play Dirty revolves around Wahlberg’s iteration of a career criminal, who forms a new crew to try and pull off a mᴀssive heist, thwarting the efforts of the New York mob and a Latin American dictator. And at almost every turn in this Prime Video movie, there’s another recognizable face for viewers.
