Venom’s MCU Debut Sees Him Possess 2025’s Strongest New Hero In Major Movie Theory

Venom’s time in the Sony Spider-Man Universe may be over, but he could get an interesting introduction to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) if one fascinating theory holds any weight. One of the most popular superheros from Marvel Comics, Venom, has still only glimpsed the MCU. After a brief cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home during the post-credits, it’s time to bring the symbiote over for good.

And with the MCU expanding at a rapid rate, and the end of the Multiverse Saga in sight, it’s time to look ahead to how new characters could get their chance to shine. Thankfully, we don’t have to look too far, as The Fantastic Four has an interesting history with a character that could be a great addition to the MCU.

Franklin Richards Is Set To Be 2025’s Most Powerful New Hero

Franklin Richards Is In Another League As Far As Superheroes Go

The Fantastic Four: First Steps will officially finally bring Marvel’s First Family to the MCU. And while the original four are some of the most intriguing characters in Marvel Comics history, the baby boy who is set to join the team has even greater potential.

Franklin Richards, the son of Reed and Sue, is one of the most powerful characters in the entire Marvel Universe, with the power to literally reshape reality to his will manifesting from the time the boy is just an infant. Interestingly, this could open some unique doors for the MCU.

Venom Possesses Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, & Franklin Richards In One Harrowing Marvel Comic Story

Venom Has A Tendency To Bond With Other Marvel Characters

In one recent comic book storyline, Venom bonded with members of The Fantastic Four to carry out some of his greatest work yet. Initially, the alien symbiote united with Reed Richards and put his incredible mind to work on improving his offspring.

Following on from that, Venom was able to also bind with Sue Storm, and eventually, their son, Franklin Richards. With all the power that Franklin possesses, this would open unlimited possibilities for Venom. However, the MCU could be the place to really put this potential to the test.

The MCU Could Have A Lot Of Reasons To Adapt This Marvel Comic Storyline

The MCU Could Get Weird After The Multiverse Saga

The MCU is in a phase of change. With the Multiverse Saga due to resolve with Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars, the potential for what comes next is limitless. These movies could literally rewrite the Marvel universe, and set the stage for exciting new adventures.

It also has the opportunity to get far more experimental with the upcoming Saga. Spider-Man is due to appear in another trilogy, and The Fantastic Four’s journey is only just beginning. With these crucial characters in place, the MCU has a lot of opportunities to connect these characters.

With the Multiverse Saga due to resolve with Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars, the potential for what comes next is limitless.

So, why not make it different and exciting, and add a wildcard like Venom into the mix? Venom has bonded with dozens of different characters in the comics, and his arrival in the MCU could shake things up in a big way. It’s also an interesting new narrative to follow that could lead to another big bad, like Knull, who was introduced in Venom: The Last Dance.
