Our Take On A Minecraft Movie’s Streaming Release Date

It’s Good That It Took So Long

So many movies in recent years have been dumped onto streaming services too quickly after their theatrical releases, so it is nice to see that Warner Bros. Discovery took its time with A Minecraft Movie‘s Max release date. While it is impossible to say when the film would have been released on streaming if it hadn’t been a box office success, waiting a few months should become the standard. This allows word of mouth to spread about films, potentially creating box office successes out of smaller movies. Luckily, A Minecraft Movie didn’t have to worry about that problem thanks to brand recognition.
