Recent DC Universe “set pH๏τos” of Jason Momoa as Lobo from Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow get debunked as fake. DC’s iconic Kryptonian heroine is making her way back to the big screen, but this time through her own solo movie, as Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow is in the works at DC Studios. However, one surprising character who will be part of Kara Zor-El’s DCU debut is Lobo, who will be played by Momoa, after having portrayed Aquaman in the DCEU movie timeline.
Following a number of Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow set images that started gaining attention online, where it seemingly revealed the first look at Momoa as Lobo, a fan (courtesy of DC Film News) has come out to confirm they are AI images and revealed the process in which they created the pH๏τos using ChatGPT. Check out their statement in the video below:

The Facebook user stated that he described to ChatGPT the Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow pH๏τo he wanted, with the specification of making it look more like a set image, while also asking the AI to make it be from far away and above. At the time of this story’s publication, Momoa has officially wrapped filming on Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, as the actor confirmed on April 12.
What It Means That The Jason Momoa Lobo Set PH๏τos Were Debunked As AI
While there have been other Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow set pH๏τos revealing Milly Alcock in her costume, fans have been eagerly waiting to see what Momoa’s Lobo design will look like in the DCU. However, the fact that some fans are now resorting to misleading other people online by making AI creations of set pH๏τos is a mᴀssive problem. Audience members who actively follow the latest news on the DCU, whether it’s a movie or TV show, are going to have to be more careful when they see anything from a film or TV production, as set pH๏τos can now easily be manipulated or created by AI.
This is also why it may be wise for DC Studios to start sharing official looks a bit in advance, so that they can keep tabs on the narrative of how their characters are actually going to look in the DCU. While this Facebook user admitted their fault and admitted to being misleading, that doesn’t mean others will be as honest and forthcoming. Whether or not this means DC Studios will get a proper look at Momoa from the Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow movie in the coming weeks remains to be seen.
Our Take On The Jason Momoa Lobo Set PH๏τos Being Debunked As AI
While it’s a shame that they created AI images to pose as real set pH๏τos, this will hopefully be something DC Studios, and other film studios, pay attention to, as the fan could have chosen to never come forward and instead let everyone think this was the first look at Lobo from Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.
From everything Momoa has said about Lobo’s costume and appearance in Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, it’s possible to get an official look sooner rather than later. But for now, the DCU audience will have to wait and see how long it will take before they see anything of the real Lobo in Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.
