When Will Sinners Release On Streaming?

Sinners Will Stream On Max

Since Ryan Coogler’s movie comes from WB, Sinners will stream on Max at the appropriate time. Warner Bros. has not currently confirmed when that will be, but the studio does have a fairly regular approach to handling streaming debuts for theatrical releases. WB’s bigger-budget movies that do well at the box office typically come to streaming no earlier than after 80 days in theaters. Notable comparisons include Dune: Part Two (81 days), Wonka (84 days), Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga (84 days), Beetlejuice Beetlejuice (91 days), and Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire (97 days).

This would indicate that a mid-July streaming debut for Sinners is most likely. The movie would have nearly three months to be in theaters before becoming available to Max subscribers.
