In this installment, the Pacific region is warned of a series of mega-earthquakes and tsunamis that could cause far greater destruction than the previous disaster. Ray’s family, including his ex-wife Emma (played by Carla Gugino) and daughter Blake (played by Alexandra Daddario), are once again caught in the chaos. Together, they must find a way to survive nature’s fury and prevent further disasters.

Lascaux Cave is a Paleolithic cave located in southwestern France, near the village of Montignac in the Dordogne region, where some of the most famous examples of prehistoric cave art have been found. Nearly 600 paintings (most of them of animals) adorn the interior of the cave walls in stunning compositions. Horses are the most numerous images, but deer, aurochs, wild goats, bison and even some felines also feature prominently. In addition to the paintings, which depict most of the main images, there are also nearly 1,400 similar engravings. Dating from around 17,000 to 15,000 BC, the art belongs to the Upper Paleolithic period and was created by the skilled hands of the humans who then lived in the region.
