Corgi never leaves the birthing woman’s side, but she doesn’t realize it until the pH๏τographer shows her these images. vs

To illustrate just how amazing dogs are, let me introduce you to the most magical pH๏τo shoot you’ve ever seen. If this doesn’t show the power of a puppy, then I don’t know what will…

The snapsH๏τs were taken by Kristin Waner, a pH๏τographer from Odessa, Texas, who was commissioned to capture the home birth of the third child in a Joven family.
Waner had visited the family before and had taken the birth pH๏τographs of two of their three children, so he already knew it would be a beautiful session.
However, she is not ready for the family pet corgi, Ranger. The adorable dog was ever present throughout the birth process, staying loyally by Brooke’s side when she gave birth to her fourth child.

In the chaos of the beautiful moment, Ranger’s interest and concern went unnoticed. It wasn’t until Kristin had edited the pH๏τos that she “I saw the key role Ranger played…

“From the moment I walked in the door, Ranger was so excited. You could tell that he knew something was happening. He quickly walked in to say hi to me, then headed straight to the bedroom to be with Brooke while she was in labor,” Kristin writes. for Bored Panda.
Ryder would go to see his mother and make sure everything was alright. To let her hold him through the contraction…
…to verla as she walked through the pain outside

Ryder couldn’t see the birth of Berkeley, but his Ranger brother was there to intervene.

Ranger was so excited. You could tell that he knew something was happening. He would jump on the bed to give her a reᴀssuring it and let her know that he could do this.

It was something beautiful of ver: the vbond between the mother and the baby and man’s best friend.

This made me take note. It’s not something you do every day. He was a calming presence when the power and intensity of her contractions began.

When we moved into the birthing tub, Brooke progressed so fast

As Brooke’s husband and her doula her Jenny helped her through each contraction, Ranger had and gave her another reᴀssuring bess.

I knew she was in good luck, so she patiently waited for the new baby to arrive.

This birth was not like Brooke’s last birth. This one seemed more intense and more difficult to overcome.

Once sweet Berkeley was here, everyone was overjoyed. IT WAS A GIRL!

Through all the commotion, the little Ranger jumped up and ran to meet his new (and only) little sister.

He loves her

Observo every moment from when they weighed her to her first change of clothes.

He was so proud of her and the work that Brooke did

When I got home to look at all the pH๏τos, I was in heaven looking at all the beautiful moments of this birth.

I wanted to laugh and cry while looking at them. they were perfect

When she sent the previa to Brooke, she had no idea that he never left her side.
It was really nice to be able to capture that for her and now she can look back and see things she wouldn’t have noticed otherwise.

The most beautiful part of this story is that her mother, Brooke, is also a doula. She navigates and comforts so many beautiful mothers like her through the most difficult journey of hers.
