Kyrie Irving’s septuagenarian basketball legend proved so popular that he later spawned a feature-length Uncle Drew film released in 2018 by Lionsgate and produced in partnership with Pepsi Productions. Helmed by Black-ish director Charles Stone III, the sports comedy follows Uncle Drew as he comes out of retirement to compete in Harlem’s Rucker Classic streetball tournament and boasts a cast that includes Shaquille O’Neal, Tiffany Haddish, and Nick Kroll.

Unfortunately, it took a little while before the Uncle Drew movie was released on streaming. For a while, it was only available to be watched by Netflix subscribers in select regions, including France, Israel, and Switzerland.
