The Twilight Saga led its audience to believe that everything Edward and Bella went through led to their happy ending as a married couple of vampires with a human/vampire hybrid kid, but that might not be the case at all. If what Edward loved about Bella was her humanity, then their marriage might not last forever.
Supposing their marriage ended at some point after Breaking Dawn, it would be a tragedy for both.
The author of the theory explains that, by losing what made Bella a “rarity” and “unique” to Edward, she became one in a bunch as a vampire. Surely, they both got what they wanted – Edward married Bella and Bella became a vampire –, but no longer had that one element that made him fall for her.
